ELVESETER HOTEL

My tour mates loved this hotel. It wasn't my favorite. The setting, however, could not be beat.

A quirky hotel right in the center of town. Room window views the breakfast courtyard.

DFDS FERRY

Kattegat Strait, Baltic Sea

Mini cruise from Copenhagen to Oslo. Get up early to see the Oslo Fjord.

This hotel is right on the canal. Some complained of noise, but I didn't notice.

We stayed in Kalmar one night. A nice transition from Stockholm to Copenhagen

WELLINGTON HOTEL

Storgatan 6, 114 51 Stockholm, Sweden

I came a day early to see more of beautiful Stockholm and to get over jet lag. I booked a room at Parlan Guesthouse which is around the corner from the hotel and costs a little less. It was like staying in an apartment.
